I have rediculously sensitive eyes, as in even a dior eye cream has left me with conjunctive eyetis and yet I haven't experienced any type of reaction to this eye make up remover.  I have been using it for a few months now and I've found that a small amount of this product on a cotton pad is enough to remove even waterproof mascara.  It isn't oily and doesn't leave behind any greasiness.  Admittedly it doesn't get rid of the darkness left behind after panda eyes on the delicate skin immediately beneath my eyes as well as my Clarins Eye MakeUp Remover does but it still does a really good job, especially for the price.
