Barry M Ultra Moisturising Lip Paint Lipstick Review - 156 Vicious Violet

Barry M Ultra Moisturising Lipstick - 156 Vicious Violet £4.49
156 Vicious Violet is my first Lipstick from Barry M.  It's one of their Ultra Moisturising Lip Paints that were released last year.
I was always put off by their lipsticks as they were so matte and always seemed quite drying when I swatched them.  However this one glided over the back of my hand nicely and had a smoother more moisturising feel to it.  I liked the shade as it's similar to my new one from Chanel which is the Rouge Allure 116 Envoutante, being almost an exact dupe in terms of colour.  These new Ultra  Moisturising lipsticks also contain Cocoa butter which Barry M say helps to hydrate lips and give them a soft and saturated finish.

It is a deep vampy berry colour, which applies lighter than in the tube but is still pretty dark.  It contains micro shimmer and has a slight sheen when on the lips.  Its texture is creamy and moisturising, yet well pigmented and lasted on my lips for around 3 hours.  The only downside to this lip paint is that it did fade unevenly, leaving more of a stain on dryer areas of my lips.

Princess points: 5/5
It has great pigmentation, is soft and moisturising on the lips and a great dupe for Chanels 116 Envoutante.
