Chanel Nail Polish Le Vernis Review - Malice 637

Chanel Nail Polish Le Vernis - Malice 637 Swatch £18
This was one of Chanels Holiday Collection 2012 nail varnishes.  It's a very dark burgundy red with micro shimmer, perfect for wintery nights and when its snowy outside.  Since we had a little bit of snow on Tuesday I thought that this shade was still seasonally appropriate.

Unlike the other two Chanel nail polishes I own, this one is fairly long lasting on my nails.  I think this may be because it has a more creamy, thicker texture than Vendetta and Tentation.  I usually get about 2 days wear without any tip wear and up to a week without any major chipping.  It also seems to last okay in the pool as I went for a relaxing Sunday morning swim this morning and haven't experienced any chipping or peeling.

Unfortunately this shade was only temporary and is no longer available from Chanel, although if your lucky you may be able to find it on Ebay.

Princess points: 5/5
This is such a pretty colour for winter and I'm so glad that I finally found a Chanel shade which is fairly long lasting on my nails.
