Dior 1 Couleur Eyeshadow - Argentic £18.25

Argentic 1 couleur mono eyeshadow from Dior is a silky, highly pigmented shimmery grey shade.  This eyeshaddow is blendable, easy to apply, and soft enough for product to be picked up with a single stroke of a brush.  The colour is really similar, but slightly lighter than Diors Twinset Eyeshadow Stick in Grey Sight which was released as part of Diors Cherie Bow Spring 2013 Collection.

Argentic contains lots of micro shimmer which is considerably finer than glitter, and doesn't irritate my eyes unlike glittery shades do.  I haven't experienced any fallout with this shadow and it lasts me a full day without any creasing, smudging or fading, even when I don't use an eyeshadow primer.

I find this really easy to apply. Today I applied it with the sponge applicator that comes with the palette and then used my MAC 217 Blending Brush to blend out the edges.  It only took a couple of minutes to do.  I paired it with my Black Dior Pencil Eyelinner on my upper and lower lashline, I then went over that with my Collection 2000 Felt Tip Black Eyeliner and finished off with Diorshow Mascara in Black.

I'm a huge fan of Diors eyeshadows and this one is no exception.  Its easy to apply, has great colour payoff and stays put all day.
