Bourjois Rouge Edition Lipstick - 02 Beige Trench £7.99

02 Beige Trench is one of 18 new lipsticks from Bourjois.  It sits in their 'Preppy' category as this range is split up into 3 groups consisting of: Preppy, Colour Block and Night Out.  I have also reviewed shade 11 Fraise Remix which is one of the Colour Block shades.  Beige Trench is a nude lipstick with greyish undertones.  It's quite a dull shade but as it has a slight sheen to its finish, which keeps it wearable and flattering.  This lipstick reminded me of a shade that Kim Kardashian would wear, and would look great with a heavy dose of bronzer and a dark smoky eye.

Wearing Bourjois Rouge Edition Lipstick - 02 Beige Trench

It's texture is creamy and pretty moisturising.  It goes opaque in just a few swipes and has good pigmentation.  As with all nude and light lipsticks, your lips need to be in great condition to wear this, as cracks will show up.  I would recommend wearing a lip balm to bed the night before wearing this.  This lipstick lasted just over 2 hours without a lip liner, which I didn't think was amazing but it did faded evenly.

I love the packaging of Bourjois Rouge Edition lipsticks, they are sturdy and look more like a luxury brand than a drugstore one.  It also has the added benefit of having a colour swatch at the end of the tube which is great when storing.

I really liked the shade of this lipstick, it had a nice moisturising texture and the packaging is both sleek and glamorous
