MUA's 3 In 1 Extreme Contour Liner in Smoked Plum is an angled multi purpose eyeliner in a dark plum colour. The colour of this product is a gorgeous deep plum, which isn't too vivid or out there for day time wear, but is smouldery and less harsh than black. The pen itself has an angled tip, which MUA say is softer on the delicate eye area than a conventional pointed tip eyeliner. It can be used as an eye liner when the tip is held parallel to the eye, enabling you to draw it on with the long flat side. This is how I applied it, and I found that I had to swipe it over my lashline quite a few times to get any colour pay off.

MUA also say that because of its shape it's great for lining your crease, and then filling in your lid to create more of a smoky eyed look. I personally haven't tried this as I found it so difficult to apply, since the product was so hard and not enough colour was being left behind, but if you've got a bit more patience and time I'd definitely recommend giving it a go. They also recommended using it alongside their
Eyeshadow Trio in Passion, which is a pretty lilac pallet. I was impressed with it's staying power as it lasted me a whole day (plus a session at the gym) without smudging or fading.

Although I found this difficult to apply, I'm sure with practise it would become really easy. It has incredible staying power and is a gorgeous unusual and versatile shade, plus it's only £1.50!
