 I tried this eye shadow primer out today under Rimmel's new Scandal Eyes Eye shadow Stick.
I was rather impressed at how although the eyeshadow was of a creamy nature, it lasted a whole day without smudging or gathering in my crease.  Whereas normally I'd find that a creamy eye shadow would seep into my crease every few hours.

The packaging is similar to that of a lip gloss as it comes in a tube with an application wand.  Rimmel say to apply it to your eyelids, allow it to dry and then apply your eye shadow.  The texture is very silky and smooth, allowing eye shadow to blend and apply more evenly.  It has a slight sheer sheen when on the lids and really helps eye shadow to stay in place throughout the whole day.
