Dior Night Golds £40 |
This palette is really versatile and contains 5 shimmery shades.
The second colour on the top right is a really shimmery, glittery golden colour, it isn't as well pigmented as the other shades but is a really nice shade to layer on top of other colours to increase their sparkliness. For me this shade made the palette what it is, it really drew me to the product and I probably wouldn't have bought it without it.

The third is on the bottom left and is a bronze, metallic gold. This shade is well pigmented and can be worn alone for a subtle, daytime look.
The forth shade is on the bottom right and is very similar to the previous shade, but is slightly more bronze toned.

final colour is the one in the centre of the palette, it is a really dark shade of brown, it almost looks black when swatched. As with the second shade, this one has tiny particles of glitter in it which give it a glamorous, more evening wear feel. Unlike the second shade, this colour is really well pigmented, going opaque in just a couple of brushes.

All 5 eye shadows are easily bendable and are soft enough to pick up easily with a single stroke of a brush. I only experienced fallout with the second shade as it is so glittery it does tent to be a little messy. I haven't experienced any creasing, fading or smudging with this palette and when worn over a primer they last a full day.
