Fix and Perfect is a 5 in 1 primer, Rimmel say that it smoothes, resurfaces, brightens, mattifies and protects.
Its formula is very moisturising and slightly oily, I didn't find that it helped keep my make up in place any more than a moisturiser. I would definitely call this a moisturiser rather than a primer. I used this in shade 002 which comes out white and looses its colour on application, I have read other reviews that say that shade 001 is darker and more yellow toned. |

I found that it did help to brighten my skin as it has a slight sheen to it, but I didn't notice any difference in the other 4 effects that Rimmel claimed it did. One of my friends was also using this for a while and it made her break out, this was probably due to the oiliness of the primer, so I wouldn't advise using it if you have oily skin.

This didn't work very well as a primer, it felt slightly oily and caused breakouts. It did work well as a moisturiser though.
