Simple Deep Cleansing Face Mask £3.99 |
This Deep Cleansing Face Mask from Simple is delicate enough for sensitive skin, yet tough enough to give skin a thorough deep down cleanse. It contains both Vitamin E and Pro Vitamin B5 which helps to leave skin silky soft. Simple say that this product removes dead skin cells, and post use my skin definitely looked brighter, without being dried out like some deep cleansers or exfoliaters make it.

The texture of this face mask is dissimilar to all of the other face masks that I've previously used. It goes on like a really thick moisturiser and spreads evenly, however in the 3 minutes that Simple recommend using it, it doesn't dry. I think that this helps it to be so gentle on skin, and stops skin from drying out. As opposed to most face masks, this one actually left my skin feeling hydrated and moisturised.

How to use:
I applied this to freshly cleansed dry skin and used my fingers to spread it around my face. I then left it on for about 3 minutes (you can leave it on for longer if you have oily skin or just want an even deeper cleanse). To remove it I started off by only adding a small amount of water to my face, I then massaged the mask into my face to stimulate the blood cells in my face. Once I'd done that I then completely rinsed it off and applied my face cream.

Product Score: 5/5
Although I was expecting this face mask to be more clay based, I was really impressed with how well it cleansed and moisturised my skin, leaving it brighter and feeling fresh.
